Bob Kirshner , a partner of Burk & Reedy, has more than 25 years experience
counseling non-profit organizations and individuals in a broad array of issues
including corporate governance, intellectual property, ethics, public policy
development and interpretation, risk management, tax status, federal lobbying
law compliance and disclosure, employment and discrimination matters including
sexual harassment, and even a little foreign corrupt practices act matters.
Mr. Kirshner has extensive experience in antitrust compliance and environmental
law.
After many years as general counsel of a major trade
association (501(c)(6) organization), Mr. Kirshner is developing a practice of
providing counsel to non-profit organizations that do not have in-house counsel
or that want a second opinion.
Mr. Kirshner is skilled in consensus building, strategic
planning, collaborative problem solving, and conflict resolution. He has a proven
ability to effectively lead and direct the legal affairs of an organization.
He is skilled in negotiating, mediating, and resolving complex legal problems.

directors of organizations from the very small to quite large.
